R.C.KOHLI: Shri R. C. Kohli is a veteran banker with over 50 years of distinguished experience in Banking, Consultancy, and Skill Development. He retired as General Manager (Recovery & Law) from Oriental Bank of Commerce after 33 years in roles including Regional Head of Delhi and New Delhi. He played a key role in recovering dues of the erstwhile Global Trust Bank after its merger with OBC. Post-retirement, he served as a consultant/advisor to OBC and a reputed Asset Reconstruction Company. He is also a well-recognized trainer/ eminent speaker for various prestigious institutions such as SBI, MDI, BTC, ASCI, IICA and other banks/FIs. He is the author of the acclaimed book “Practical Guide to NPA Resolution” (4th Edition, 2017 – Taxmann), which offers deep insights into recovery strategies and legal frameworks under the SARFAESI Act, DRT Act, and IBC. The book carries a foreword by Shri D. K. Mittal (IAS Retd.), former Secretary, Ministry of Finance, and has been reviewed by the Indian Banks’ Association. It holds a 4.7 rating on Amazon. He is also associated with ARCK Group, a leading group in the field of resolution of NPAs.
